You can use any free soccer drills you want, or pay for access to a book or online. There are certain qualities you should look out for when using any free soccer drill.
Is the drill appropriate for the players’ ages?
Does the drill correspond to the skill level of the players
Is the drill inclusive of as many people as possible?
Is the drill of a comparable quality?
Is the drill a game-like tool?
Can the drill be modified to make it more difficult?
These are all important considerations when selecting the right soccer drills. Experience has taught me that poor preparation and choosing a bad drill can result spbo live score in a demoralizing practice session for both you and your players. The first player dribbles to first cone, then in and out until last cone is reached.
When they reach the last cone, the player passes the ball on to the next player.
